I checked with my bank, and that was not the case as the money was still in the account. I contacted ADP back, at which time, they had already cut off access for me to process payroll. Therefore the 4th week of September, I had to manually do payroll. I contacted ADP advising that the returns they filed were incorrect, because the 4th week of September was not included in the returns because I was no longer allowed access to the ADP system. As of today, November 27, 2012, the amended returns still have not been completed and I am being told it can take up to another 2 weeks for completion. We are trying to switch payroll over to Intuit Quickbooks, but they cannot process everything without the amended returns.
